Need Help With Pit Pals?

Email us at support@pitpals.app.

We aim to respond as soon as reasonably possible. Response times may vary during weekends, holidays, and periods of high demand.

Report a Technical Issue

To help us investigate, please include:

  • A brief description of what happened
  • What you expected to happen
  • The email address associated with your account
  • Your iPhone model
  • Your iOS version
  • Your Pit Pals app version
  • Screenshots, when helpful
  • The approximate date and time of the issue

Please do not send your password or other sensitive information.

Sign-In and Email Confirmation

If you have not received an account-confirmation or password-reset email:

  1. Confirm that you entered the correct email address.
  2. Check your spam or junk folder.
  3. Wait a few minutes before requesting another email.
  4. Contact support@pitpals.app if it still does not arrive.

Never share a password-reset link, password, or confirmation code with another person.

Report Content or a User

You can report inappropriate content or accounts directly within Pit Pals.

Use Report Post or Report User from the menu available on the relevant post, profile, or detail screen.

Reports are reviewed under our Community Guidelines. Reporting does not guarantee removal, and we may not provide details about action taken against another account.

For urgent safety concerns involving an immediate threat, contact local emergency services. Pit Pals support is not an emergency-response service.

Block a User

You can block another person through the menu available on their profile or content.

Blocking is designed to:

  • Hide that user’s content from your feed
  • Hide their comments where supported
  • Prevent normal public-profile viewing and interaction between your accounts

Blocking does not prevent someone from viewing information that has been copied or shared outside Pit Pals.

Edit Your Profile

You can update supported profile information from:

Profile → Settings → Edit Profile

Changes may take a moment to appear throughout the app.

Delete Your Account

You can initiate permanent account deletion from within Pit Pals:

Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Account deletion removes your account and associated information, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, moderation, and backup-retention requirements.

Account deletion is permanent and may not be reversible.

For help deleting your account, contact support@pitpals.app from the email address associated with the account.

Privacy Requests

Questions about your personal information, account deletion, or our Privacy Policy may be sent to:

support@pitpals.app

Please contact us from the email address associated with your Pit Pals account so that we can reasonably verify the request.

Community and Safety Concerns

Review our Community Guidelines for information about acceptable conduct, reporting, blocking, moderation, and enforcement.

When contacting us about a community concern, include:

  • Your Pit Pals username
  • The username of the other account, when applicable
  • A description of the issue
  • Screenshots or other relevant details

Do not send your password or unnecessary sensitive information.
